Refund policy

Every first order of The Stillmine System is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

How it works. You have 90 days from the day your box arrives to decide whether Stillmine belongs in your routine. If it doesn't, email us at contact@trystillmine.com with your order number and we'll refund your first box in full. No form, no explanation, and nothing to send back — keep what's open.

What's covered. The guarantee applies to your first box, once per customer. It covers the product price; if you ordered a multi-month bundle, we refund the full order.

Refund timing. Once we've confirmed your request, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged, missing or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice.
