Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on every US order.

Processing time. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time. Once shipped, US orders arrive within 4–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your box leaves our facility.

Delays. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather or events outside our control. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, email contact@trystillmine.com and we'll sort it out.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping.

Lost or damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email contact@trystillmine.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
